“The Gen Z Equation: What Every Leader Needs to Know” – an exciting and eye-opening event hosted by CMA Australia – Sri Lanka Region, together with the Academy of Finance.
From exploring generational differences to uncovering what drives real engagement at work, the two presenters, Vidusha Nathavitharana and Shaakya Nathavitharana, a father-daughter combination, gave plenty for the audience of CMAs to think about, and the panellist, Dulani Nissanka, CHRO, Abans Group, and the moderator, Lien Keerthisinghe, enriched the discussion with practical, real-world insights.
It was a full house and a full evening of insight where professionals across generations came together to learn, share, and connect.
