Mr Nasir Qadir Bhadal has 23 years of international experience of accounts, finance, corporate law, administration of Infrastructure Development, Dairy Development, Power Distribution, Education and Public Sector in Pakistan and New Zealand.
He is Master of Business Administration from Pakistan, Master of International Applied Finance from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, Member of New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and Certified Management Accountant from Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Australia.
He is also Certified Director approved and trained by the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan & the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and got training from Harvard Business School, USA on “Improving Corporate Performance and Profitability”.
At present he is working as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, of Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company, Government of Punjab, Pakistan since June 2011.
Previously he worked as GM-Finance & Admin and Company Secretary of Pakistan Dairy Development Company, Government of Pakistan. He was leading the finance Department of Dairy New Zealand, Wellington, New Zealand before heading to Pakistan in 2007.
